It's the old chicken and egg debate. Which came first: the boring, stuffed shirt insurance salesperson or the boring, no-fun insurance office? We can't really answer that because we didn't stick around to find out. After working a few years in such environments, we got out, before we became "one of them".

It all started with Darrell, he decided to launch something revolutionary: an insurance firm with personality; one that really gets to know their clients and redefines their insurance experience. imagine that!

For us it begins by creating one of those super cool office environments, where everyone is supportive of one another, where we're continuously learning, and where we know that everyone has a life outside of the office - so if we do everything we can to help make that a happy, healthy personal life - then the office too will be a happier and healthier place to be.

And of course, all this translates into the way we relate with our clients and in return their respect and trust in us (that, and they know we throw some pretty righteous parties).
