Betcha' don't know too many insurance administrators who used to be Diesel Mechanics - and a female one at that! Yup! My background can best be described as "diversified". But I think that's one of the things that make a well rounded person, exposure to different roles in life.

Coming to Executive Strategies has been the best career decision I've ever made. I immediately found that my contributions were valued and that ideas like team work, work/life balance and health & wellness were truly embraced and not just "jargon". Not only that, as a group and as individuals, we're encouraged to champion causes like the environment and charitable and community support. For the first time, I am working somewhere where we actually "walk the talk", and we take that very seriously.

As for my role at Executive Strategies, my niche is research and organization, mostly because I'm OCD! I spend most of my days helping our clients with everything from producing financial reports, performing analysis of their benefit plans and generally helping them to sort out claims, enrollment and billing issues. I also serve as a liaison between our clients and the carriers, whether getting new policies set up, changing existing policies, or moving policies from one carrier to another.
